History[]
Brief History: Militech, one of the biggest and most powerful megacorporations in the cyberpunk universe, originally emerged from the small italian arms factory Lucessi Armatech when former US-Marines-General Donald Lundee teamed up with the amtitious, uprising arms designer Antonio Lucessi. Lucessi had entered one of his designs at the US-governments trials in 1998, which were held to find a replacement for the aging M16A2, but had ultimately failed for being the undergog in the competition. When Lundee, who unsuccessfully supported Lucessis design during the trials, retired soon thereafter, he was offered CEO position at Armatech-Lucessi and used his influence and connections as a former pentagon chief, combined with Lucessis brilliance at arms design, to form the modern Militech corporation, which experienced rapid growth in the following decades, finally becoming one of the worlds biggest ans most powerful arms corporations and private military contractors.
